Hi! I’m Kimberly Ruby Irwin— a God-fearing wife and mama. I have an amazing husband, two wild boys (4 and 2), and a sweet 6-month-old baby girl.
I started college at 15 and earned my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology- Exercise Science and my Master’s in Business Administration by age 23. I’ve been personal training for 8 years. Still, nothing prepared me for coaching like going through my own transformations—again and again. I’ve been the skinny girl desperate to gain weight, the postpartum mama working to lose it, and now I’m rebuilding again after the numerous ups and downs.
What I’ve learned through it all is: your body isn’t working against you—it’s waiting for you to show it what you want. With hard work, patience, and grace, transformation isn’t just possible—it’s inevitable. My passion lies in this work, and honestly, it’s not even work when it pours into my own cup to help you pour into yours. Watching my clients shift from self-doubt to self-love? That’s what fills my cup. That’s why I do this.
