PAYMENT POLICY
All payments for group training sessions, packages, memberships, and related services must be
made before your scheduled session start time. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If Plumas Lake Pump Lab must cancel a session for any reason, we will provide an alternatemakeup session at no additional cost, plus one additional free session for the inconvenience.Members will be notified as soon as possible to reschedule.
